The Challenge
As Brooks Strategy Group evolved, they needed a clear and cohesive brand identity that could reflect their deep values, sector expertise, and community-first approach. The goal was to create a flexible, scalable design system that in-house teams could easily adopt and grow from—across both digital and print platforms.
The Role
As the creative strategist on this project, we were responsible for:
Visual Identity Development Crafted the overall look and feel of the brand, ensuring it captured both professionalism and human-centered values.
Brand Guidelines Designed a user-friendly, comprehensive brand guide to support internal designers with scalable, easy-to-follow rules and assets.
Website Art Direction Led the creative direction for the website’s visual storytelling, UX cohesion, and visual tone.
Creative Project Management Oversaw the full creative workflow, collaborating closely with stakeholders to align vision, timelines, and execution.
The Solution
We delivered a modern and approachable visual identity rooted in clarity, trust, and mission alignment. The brand system included a versatile logo suite, refined typography, color palettes, iconography, and layout principles—designed to be accessible and adaptable across platforms.
